Bespoke residential care
We can provide specialist residential care that fully caters to and provides care and support for elderly and/or autistic adults and people with learning and physical disabilities and/or complex needs.
Domestic Care Services
Let us take over chores that may be difficult to get on top of with illness or failing strength becoming a factor. We can send a caring helper with an eye for detail and can allow you to focus on more important things.
Discharge and Respite Care
Reduce anxiety, increase confidence, improve outcomes with post hospital or discharge care from New Crest Care, which could be critical to recovery and reuperation. We aim to ensure that you can derive all the potential benefits.
Care for Vulnerable Young Adults
Sometimes home is not an option. Sometimes some young adults need more care and support than close family can support. Trained, interested and skilled carers in autism, learning disabilities and mental health care are available to provide support from 1:1 care to multiple carers per individual, dependent on the assessment of their needs. What’s important is that our carers will be focused on sustainable, person centered care that can keep 16+ safe, secure and fully cared for.

Our Services
Autism and Complex Care
Our specialist services provide care and support for autistic adults and people with learning disabilities and/or complex needs in the community, at home or in residential care.
Physical Disabilities
We provide support people for a range of physical disabilities, and people with mobility needs, sensory and communication or health needs. This includes mild, moderate, and profound and multiple disabilities (PMLD).
Learning Disabilities
We believe stringly that people with learning disabilities should be empowered to live as they choose and have access to high quality and reliable care that matches their needs and where possible, their wishes too.
Elderly Care
There are many needs represented by the term elderly care but for us, it’s about continuing the next chapter of your life with help to be as independent as you are able to be or relaible, kind and skilled to live your life to the fullest.

Home Care Agency
As a care agency in a crowded market, we strive to be different in crowded, constrained market. We work with tools and technology as much as possible to streamline the process, compliance and communication so that we can focus on what we love and what you need – the care and comfort of skilled and interested carers who can come alongside you and your loved one to provide just what they need, when they need it.
If you’re recovering from an illness, just leaving hospital or just need a break from doing the caring yourself, we can provide short term care. Longer term care is also available on a permanent or semi-permanent basis dependent on your reqyuirements, should you or a loved one be suffering from chronic or long term conditions, illnesses or disabilities. The length of visit times is entirely your choice from a minimum of 2 hours to 24 hours or longer.
Naturally, we can also provide and arrange for a live in service for one person or a couple with trained staff.
Reducing the burden of care
With the overhead and pressure of medical and health issues, the last thing you need is admin and time consuming tasks like organising, prepping and giving or even taking meds, sorting out prescriptions and transportation and arranging for equipment of people to help you or help you help your loved one. You can leave some or all of these tasks to us, just send us a message below with your needs and we will be in touch to make an assessment as soon as possible and organise the necessary care just as soon as possible.
